Follow the instructions below to change any settings related to your software renewal process.

Step One. Create an Account with SafeCart, our ecommerce partner:

  1. Please go to their site:
  2. Fill out your information exactly as you entered it at the time of purchase. It is very important the information be identical.
  3. Enter a password.
  4. Enter your password again in the Confirm Password area.
  5. Lastly, click Create Account to complete the process.

Step Two. Log in and change your renewal settings.

  1. Log in with the password and user name created above.
  2. Click the Edit button next to the name of the product you'd like to change the renewal for.
  3. Click the Unsubscribe button directly above Product Names.
  4. Click the OK button when you get an Are you sure? notification.
